This policy describes the privacy practices of the Paddle Ball app for iPhone, developed by One Five Whiskey, LLC. It covers the app only; this website is addressed separately at the end.
Paddle Ball does not collect any data. The app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no feature that uploads your information to us or anyone else. Everything the app remembers is stored locally on your iPhone.
To make the game work, Paddle Ball stores the following on your device only:
This information never leaves your iPhone. There are no online leaderboards, and we have no server that receives your scores or initials.
Paddle Ball uses your iPhone's motion sensors to steer the paddle. Those sensor readings are processed on the device, in the moment, purely for gameplay. They are not recorded, stored, or sent to us or any third party.
Your scores, initials, and preferences stay on your iPhone for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app removes the data it stored on the device. If your iPhone is backed up (for example to iCloud or a computer), the app's data may be included in that backup; backups are controlled through your own device and platform settings, and deleting a backup removes the copy stored in it.
Because Paddle Ball collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.
If a future version of Paddle Ball changes how it handles information, we will update this page and its effective date before that version is released.
This policy is about the Paddle Ball app. This website (onefivewhiskey.com) runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to operate and secure the site. Services operated by Apple — such as the App Store, TestFlight, and iCloud backups — are governed by Apple's own privacy policies, not this one. This website's own policy is the One Five Whiskey Privacy Policy.
