PAVE - Flight Risk Assessment is a tool to assist in flight planning and risk assessment. It does not replace pilot judgment, training, or regulatory requirements. Users are solely responsible for all flight-related decisions.
One Five Whiskey shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our applications. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
